Becca Fetterman grew up extremely involved in a Jewish youth movement. She also took on leadership roles within her synagogue from an early age which inspired her to study Youth and Community work at University. After completing two years of Movement Work, she moved to the depths of Norfolk and worked with young people in a variety of settings, including managing a NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) education program and an inclusion unit in a large secondary school. She worked as a manager in Buckinghamshire’s youth service for 8 years, responsible for various programmes including youth work training and developing target provision. She is currently the Director of Youth for Liberal Judaism, supporting and managing LJY-Netzer and is also the proud mother of two gorgeous girls.
